IH rat rod history can be traced all of the way back to the 1830s to Cyrus Hall McCormick. However, this history is based in agriculture machinery and related markets. Move forward 80 years, and International introduced their first trucks in 1907, and produced utility trucks until 1975. International custom rat rods form a great foundation for unusual rods. You do not find many IH street rods on the road.
